Heavy-Duty Concealed Hinges

Our hinged security screen doors use reinforced stainless steel hinges recessed into one door jamb, concealing them from the outside. Hidden hinges cannot be levered off or removed with standard tools, eliminating one of the most common vulnerabilities in conventional security doors. The hinges are rated for heavy-duty daily use and will not loosen, sag, or corrode over time.

Three-Point Locking System

A three-point locking system runs from the central lock mechanism to engagement points at the top and bottom of the door frame, making the door significantly more difficult to force open than a conventional single-point lock. The lock set is reinforced to resist lever attack and prying, and the door can be locked securely from inside or outside depending on your preference.

Our screens use 0.9mm 304 structural-grade stainless steel mesh — up to 26.5% thicker in cross-section than standard competitor screens. The 304-grade wire is engineered to stretch on impact rather than fracture under pressure, absorbing and dispersing force rather than breaking. This makes it a genuinely difficult barrier to defeat, while still allowing full airflow and light.

Patented Clamping
System

The mesh is secured into the frame using a tamper-resistant clamping system with stainless steel screws and precision clamps that form a vice-like grip around the mesh edge. Impact force is distributed around the full perimeter of the frame rather than concentrated at a single point — allowing the door to withstand over 750 joules of impact.
