Our security screens are manufactured using 0.9mm structural-grade stainless steel mesh and a proprietary tamper-resistant clamping system to deliver an exceptional level of protection for homes, businesses, game lodges, and commercial properties across South Africa.

Unlike conventional security bars and grilles, our security screens allow fresh air to flow freely through your space while keeping out intruders, insects, and animals. They are available as Hinged Security Screen Doors, Hinged Security Screen Windows, and Fixed Security Screen Windows, with each product made to measure for a precise and professional fit.

Our security screens are tested to international impact standards and are backed by a 10-year standard warranty, extendable to 15 years on our premium range.

Why Our Security Screens?

Structural-Grade Stainless Steel Mesh

Our security screens are built with 0.9mm 304 structural-grade stainless steel mesh, up to 26.5% thicker in cross-section than standard competitor screens. Unlike ordinary steel, 304 structural-grade wire is engineered to stretch on impact rather than become brittle under pressure. This means the mesh absorbs and disperses force rather than fracturing – delivering a barrier that is genuinely difficult to defeat, while still allowing air and light to pass through freely.

Patented Clamping System

The mesh is secured to the frame using a proprietary tamper-resistant clamping system with stainless steel screws and precision-engineered clamps, forming a vice-like grip around the mesh edge. The integrated clamp acts as both a locking point and a lever, distributing any impact force around the full perimeter of the frame rather than concentrating it at a single point. The result is a screen that can withstand up to 750 joules of impact – far beyond what a standard security screen can offer.

More Than Just
Security

Our security screens offer a range of benefits beyond physical protection. The mesh blocks up to 53% of solar heat gain and 62% of UV rays, helping to keep interiors cooler and protecting furnishings from sun damage. The screens also provide protection against ember attack, radiant heat, and burning debris in the event of a fire, as well as acting as a barrier against hailstones and wind-borne debris during storms. Each screen is backed by a 10-year standard warranty, extendable to 15 years on our premium range.
